A residential guard house security system project was carried out across several Eupe Corporation Berhad residential developments in Northern Malaysia, involving the installation and integration of security systems to support daily guard house operations, vehicle access management, and community security.
The project covered multiple residential developments, including Villa Natura Astana Parkhomes, The Somerset, Cinta Sayang Resort Villas, Seri Astana, Astana Park Homes, and Sky Residences. Each development has its own operational requirements and site conditions, requiring the security systems to be planned and implemented according to the layout and operational needs of the respective guard house.
The scope of work included the installation of Barrier Gate Systems, CCTV Surveillance Systems, and Alarm Systems, together with supporting equipment, system configuration, functional testing, commissioning, and on-site technical services. The completed systems were designed to support controlled vehicle access, visitor management, and continuous security monitoring at the entrances of the residential communities.
As the guard houses serve as the primary access points for residents, visitors, contractors, and service vehicles, careful coordination was carried out throughout the project to ensure installation works could proceed while maintaining the normal operation of each residential development. Installation schedules, equipment locations, and system integration were arranged according to the specific requirements of each site to achieve consistent implementation across all locations.
Following the completion of the installation works, each security system underwent functional testing and commissioning to verify system communication, equipment performance, and operational reliability. Final inspections were conducted before the systems were placed into daily operation, ensuring all installations met the project requirements and were ready to support ongoing security operations.
