A comprehensive security system project was successfully completed for all residential guard houses at Bukit Banyan by Paramount Property, covering The Ridge Garden, Aspera, Salvia, Emilia, Sierra, Eugenia, Senni, Azelia, and Amaryn. The project involved the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of multiple security solutions to strengthen access management, visitor control, and security monitoring throughout the residential development.
The project was undertaken to enhance the overall security infrastructure across the various residential precincts by implementing integrated security systems at each guard house. The scope of work included the installation of Barrier Gate Systems, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Alarm Systems, and related security equipment, together with system configuration, testing, commissioning, and on-site technical support.
Serving as the primary entry and exit points for each residential precinct, the guard houses play a key role in controlling vehicle access, monitoring visitor movement, and supporting the daily security operations of the community.
