The security systems at multiple Zurich Insurance Malaysia branches were upgraded through the implementation of integrated electronic security solutions, supporting the operational requirements of each branch while strengthening access management, security monitoring, and alarm protection.
The project comprised the installation and commissioning of CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Alarm Systems, Automatic Door Solutions, Controllers, Sensors, Electronic Locks, and other related security components. The works also included system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and on-site technical support to ensure each installation met the operational requirements of the respective branch.
As the project was carried out across multiple locations, each branch presented different site conditions, building layouts, and installation requirements. The implementation was coordinated according to the operational schedule of each branch, allowing installation activities to proceed with minimal interruption to normal business operations while maintaining a consistent approach throughout the project.
The CCTV systems were installed to provide surveillance coverage across designated areas, while the access control and electronic locking systems supported controlled entry to selected locations. Automatic door solutions were also integrated where required to accommodate the access arrangements of the respective branches. The alarm systems provided an additional layer of security monitoring for designated areas within the premises.
Installation works involved equipment positioning, cable routing, system connections, configuration, and integration between the relevant security components. Each system was adjusted according to the individual branch requirements and existing site conditions rather than applying a single installation arrangement across all locations.
Following completion of the installation works, each branch underwent functional testing and commissioning.
